After a brief trip to Tokyo my friends shouted me dinner at Restorante Amoroso as a thank you for childminding the family over the school holidays.It was an unforgettable experience and Chef Maeda was an amazing chef / host whose skill is not just cooking but being the star & centrepiece of your culinary travels thru 6-7 fantastic dishes.Stunning food matched with carefully selected wines that enhanced the flavours of the dish being served.Thanks Chef and thank you to my friends who gave me this wonderful night to remember.
